Luxury Custom Homes
Built right. Built once.
Built for a generation.
$1M–5M custom homes across Eastern Idaho, Teton Valley, and Western Wyoming.
What A SwagerBuilds Custom Home Means
Full-scope custom — from feasibility to keys-in-hand.
A SwagerBuilds custom home isn’t a stock plan with finish upgrades. It’s an architect-led, engineer-stamped, fully custom build coordinated end-to-end by one builder — me — from the day you call to the day I hand you keys.
I run the entire scope: lot feasibility, architectural coordination, structural engineering, permitting, site work, construction, finish, and warranty. You have one phone number to call and one builder personally accountable for every line item.
What’s included.
- Lot feasibility & siting — sun, view, snow load, septic, utilities
- Architect coordination — from concept through stamped drawings
- Structural engineering — stamped, snow-load engineered for the Tetons
- Permitting — I run the city, you don’t make the call
- Full GC scope — site work through final walkthrough
- Custom millwork — cabinetry and built-ins milled in our shop
- Daily JobTread logs — photos, progress, what’s queued for tomorrow
- 1-year SwagerBuilds workmanship warranty — on top of standard Idaho coverage
Investment Range
$400–$700+ per square foot.
Most SwagerBuilds custom homes land between $1M and $5M total. Per-square-foot pricing depends on finish level, site work, and architectural complexity. I’ll give you an honest range against your scope on the planning call — not a back-of-the-envelope guess.
